Fiona and Jamie are in Nova Scotia for two weeks, visiting their Nan and her dog Chester. The four of them go on a whirlwind tour of the province, visiting beaches and learning some amazing things about a very beautiful part of the world. In this charming adventure, we see the trip though Fiona's eyes, as she describes her impressions for the folks back home.
Author Bio
Nova Scotia born and raised, McCarron spent much of her young life traipsing around the beaches, farms, forests and towns of Nova Scotia from one end to the other. Writing about her travels is now her life's passion and McCarron has five national best-selling lullaby books to her credit. She still loves to take to the road and find new ways to communicate how a place can make a person feel.
Joy is author and illustrator of the picture books: The Peculiar Pig and The Cutest Brave Little Bunny with Nancy Paulsen Books. She is also the illustrator of many board books in the Lullaby series by P.L. McCarron. Joy loves illustrating and creating books that share the wonders of nature.
