CCBC Book Awards

An award win can help kickstart a creator’s career, and strengthen a publisher’s brand in the industry. Perhaps most importantly, it raises awareness of the winning and nominated books across Canada, helping them find their way to a greater audience of young readers. Creators can have their work submitted for consideration through their publisher.

We administer eight awards, all of which celebrate excellence in Canadian children’s books.
