Inspiré de la propre expérience de l’auteure qui a grandi avec un parent qui souffrait du trouble bipolaire. L’auteure aborde cette réalité dans sa note d’auteur où elle partage des chiffres sur les personnes touchées par cette maladie en Amérique du Nord. Nancy MacNairn is a teacher and writer. She taught Elementary School for many years in English and French. She is a passionate communicator who lives by her beloved ocean in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Doruntina Beqiraj is a children’s illustrator based in Toronto, Ontario. She has a passion for creating warm and charming characters and enjoys experimenting with textures and patterns. Her art is inspired by the magic of everyday moments.

When she is not busy reading or leading historical walks as a volunteer, Isabelle Montagnier really enjoys translating children’s books, with a marked preference for stories that deal with important topics. Certified by ATIO and full member of LTAC, Isabelle lives in Toronto, Ontario.
