Strategic Plan

In September 2024 the CCBC Board and staff convened for a strategic planning session. Building on the collaborative planning from that day, together with the pre- and post-work, we created a 2025-2027 Strategic Plan. This is a living document that captures strategy, goals and intentions for the next three years.
