The Canadian Children's Book Centre is excited to announce the tour roster for Canadian Children's Book Week 2025.
Thirty-two authors, illustrators, and storytellers have been selected to take part in this hybrid tour. Of the thirty-two tour participants, twenty-seven participants are touring as part of the event for the first time. This year’s roster was chosen in consultation with a volunteer committee. During the week-long celebration, the touring authors, illustrators and storytellers will celebrate the magic of creating stories and the joy of books and reading with kids and teens.
The upcoming national tour will take place from Sunday, April 27 to Saturday, May 3, 2025.
Starting January 6, 2025, schools, libraries, bookstores and community organizations will be invited to submit their application to host Book Week visits.
