This Sunday we attended the 10th annual Telling Tales and had an amazing time! With some of our favourite authors and illustrators in attendance, stories came to life at Westfield Heritage Village. Check out our photos from the day! You can also learn more about the festival here. We’ll see you there next year!
This year’s Forest of Reading, Festival of Trees was a major success! The CCBC was lucky enough to attend the second day of the festival and we had a blast spending the day surrounded by thousands of kids who really really really love books! The energy at the festival was difficult to top and there were so many things to see and do: LEGO, pond activities, book signings, tattoos, crafts, performances, games, a photo booth, and a Junior Librarian Training Camp. There were even dogs!
