Life, Above All, the feature film based on Allan Stratton’s critically acclaimed YA novel Chanda’s Secrets opens today in theatres in Toronto and Montreal. It will debut in Vancouver on July 22.
This German/South African production, with a script by Vancouver playwright and novelist Dennis Foon, earned a ten-minute standing ovation at the Cannes International Film Festival and won the esteemed Prix François Chalais at the festival.
