Happy Hanukkah!

Known as the Festival of Lights and Feast of Dedication, Hanukkah is the eight-day Jewish holiday that commemorates the re-dedication of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. Celebrated by the lighting of candles each night, it is traditionally a time for eating foods fried or baked in oil including latkes, donuts and other delicious items. This year, celebrate Hanukkah with a Canadian children’s book.
