2018 TD Book Week Tour Schedule

The Canadian Children’s Book Centre (CCBC) is excited to announce the 2018 TD Canadian Children’s Book Week tour schedule.

TD Canadian Children’s Book Week – Canada’s single most important national event celebrating Canadian children’s books and the importance of reading – runs from May 5 to 12, 2018. As part of the annual week-long event, 28 authors, illustrators and storytellers will take part in 378 readings in 186 communities across Canada.

To help open doors for more inclusive tomorrow, unique programs such as TD Canadian Children’s Book Week not only instill a lifelong love of reading, it sparks imagination, helping kids envision a world without limits.

About TD Global Corporate Citizenship

TD has a long-standing commitment to enriching the lives of its customers, colleagues and communities. That’s why TD launched The Ready Commitment in March 2018, a new multi-year program to help individuals and communities prosper. As part of The Ready Commitment, TD targets CDN $1 billion (US $775 million) in total by 2030 towards community giving in four areas critical to opening doors for an inclusive tomorrow – Financial Security, a more Vibrant Planet, Connected Communities and Better Health. Through The Ready Commitment, TD’s aspiration is to link business, products, services, and community giving to help people feel more confident – not just about their finances, but about their future and their ability to achieve their personal goals in a changing world.
