Best Books for Kids & Teens, Fall 2023

Thank you for completing the title submission form(s) for the next issue of Best Books for Kids & Teens. Please email PDFs of your submissions to meghan@bookcentre.ca. Below are instructions for where to send the physical resource(s).  

The CCBC has contracted Tilwood Inc., a company that provides product fulfillment support services, to assist us in shipping the resources for evaluation to the various Best Books committees across Canada, as well as to the CCBC regional library collections.

The total quantity of books/resources required was indicated on the titles submission forms. See details below.

* For new editions previously featured in BBKT, only send six (6) copies to Tilwood; for paperback re-issues, only send four (4) copies to Tilwood.

Tilwood shipments should be addressed to:   Tilwood Re: Book Centre – Best Books 4 – 420 Deerhurst Drive Brampton, ON  L6T 5H9 Tel: 905-793-8225   Tilwood is equipped to accept shipments at dock level, as well as a drive-up door for small deliveries. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, except for the following break/lunch hours: 10:00-10:20 am, 12:00-12:35 pm, 2:00-2:20 pm

Please ensure that each box is clearly marked with the titles enclosed, along with the quantity.   All shipments must include a packing slip.

Note to US publishers, foreign publishers and self-published authors using printers in the US
When you are sending your submissions, please make sure that all mailing/courier charges, including duty, are billed to the sender. The CCBC cannot incur these costs. Packages flagged as COD will be refused.
